It’s always quick and pleasant dealing with either the sales or customer service departments, the numbers are easy to use, easy to setup, 100% reliable and a fraction of the cost some cowboy was insisting his (other) company had to charge us when we were first trying to setup the service. Many thanks for all your help. I tried to set up this arrangement with BT originally and after countless phone calls and being left on hold whilst they communicated with their ‘back office’ every day for the past week I gave up trying. Not only that but they were going to charge me nearly £40.00 per month for each line and their call charges were double yours. You have connected me in less than an hour, your customer service has been absolutely first class and I am getting the service for a fraction of what I was ready to pay BT. I intend to recommend you to all the other Franchisees in the group using our online forum. I am a very happy customer!
