Many thanks for all your help. I tried to set up this arrangement with BT originally and after countless phone calls and being left on hold whilst they communicated with their ‘back office’ every day for the past week I gave up trying. Not only that but they were going to charge me nearly £40.00 per month for each line and their call charges were double yours. You have connected me in less than an hour, your customer service has been absolutely first class and I am getting the service for a fraction of what I was ready to pay BT.
