I tried to set up this arrangement with BT originally and after countless phone calls and being left on hold whilst they communicated with their ‘back office’ every day for the past week I gave up trying. Not only that but they were going to charge me nearly £40.00 per month for each line and their call charges were double yours. You have connected me in less than an hour, your customer service has been absolutely first class and I am getting the service for a fraction of what I was ready to pay BT. I would just like to say a massive thank you for your amazing customer service. We moved office and found it a very useful way to take our phone number with us at low cost for this change. It has enabled us to get away from BT who had dreadful customer service. Everything you promised to do was done on time, with efficient and professional communications.
