Tamar reserves the right to make the following charges:

  • Late payment fee (for invoices not paid to terms) - £5.00 +VAT per invoice
  • Cheques and Direct Debits returned unpaid £25.00 +VAT per item
  • Credit/Debit card charge back's £25.00 +VAT per charge back
  • Reconnection fee following non-payment £25.00 +VAT per number
  • Porting away where porting requested by customer £25.00 +VAT per number
  • Directory enquiry submission/alteration/removal where available £25.00 +VAT per number
  • Transfer of a service between accounts where change in legal entity of customer £25.00 +VAT per number
