It’s only been a couple of days, but so far so good! The standout feature of Tamar, and why I went with them, was the exemplary customer service.I admit that I had quite a few questions and was a little skeptical so called them directly on 3 or 4 occasions before going ahead.
Every conversation was answered by someone promptly, politely and confidently – at no point was I made to feel like my questions were silly or inconvenient and there was absolutely no pressure to rush in to a purchase. I did a fair amount of research first and the price point for the service appears to be fairly on par with other companies, the product itself is broadly similar to most competitors but I was won over by the professionalism of the staff and ease of purchase/setup.
